Does my AMD RX 6000 series card need special settings for 4K casino game playback?
Hello all, I am going to be streaming in 4K for our casino game wiki site and I am using an AMD RX 6000 series graphics card. Will it look blurry if I do not turn on certain settings? I am streaming our game so that others can use our discussion board. What do you think? Is there an AMD user doing the same thing? Can you help? Thank you!

your AMD rx 6000 card is good for 4k, but it is actually pretty good for 4k gaming. You will need to tweak some settings in both your graphics control panel and the game settings though.
First, ensure that you’re running the most recent AMD drivers, which do most of the work automatically. In Radeon Settings, under Display, you’ll find FidelityFX. Toggling a few of these can enhance your streaming quality.
When playing a game or streaming content, look to see if you can enable resolution upscaling. It may not be the default setting. You may also have to adjust texture resolution and anti-aliasing levels to get the best effects at 4K.
Finally, ensure that your OBS is configured to use your GPU (for encoding). You don’t need a high-end graphics card to make this work. Many AMD users have achieved good results. Just google around or check out the relevant subreddits and forums. Good luck!
Cool, that should be enough for me to stream casino games at 4K. You might need to adjust some settings though. In your AMD software, turn on Radeon Anti-Lag. Also, confirm that your preferred resolution setting is 3840x2160 and your refresh setting is correct. Use a good encoder in your streaming software (OBS) such as x264 or H.264. For some cards, disabling Sync to VBlank in game settings will give a higher quality 4K picture. Make sure you’re running the latest drivers; AMD frequently issues updates to improve 4K performance. If my stream looks blurry, I may have my streaming software resolution set below my display’s native resolution.
You do not need any special settings to achieve clarity with the AMD RX 6000 series. Ensure that the streaming software outputs 4K at 60 FPS. Use a good scaler within your capture card/software to prevent the image from becoming blurry. You do not have to crank up the GPU settings unless you are doing 4K renders. Many in the AMD community seem satisfied with the ability of the AMD RX 6000 series to stream in 4K. Update your driver and make sure you are shooting for clarity. It should be good to go!
