Why does my game wiki load so slow sometimes, is it server issues or my connection?

If the wiki is always slow, even when it’s not peak hours, then it’s their problem, perhaps because their servers are overloaded or have technical difficulties. If the wiki is only slow during peak times (when lots of people visit it after a large update, for example), then it’s high traffic that is slowing it down.
