Is there a way to recover an old casino account I can't log into?
I lost access to my casino account (can’t reset password) - is there any way to restore access via CS? I have fond memories of the old slots and poker at the casino, and would like to play again. Anyone else who has managed to regain their account?

Yeah, I feel you. Start by going straight to the casino’s CS (customer service). Almost all casinos have a system for restoring lost accounts; you just may not know about it. So you’ll have to go through a verification process, which could involve providing identification documents or information, such as your previous gambling history or answers to security questions. And if you had a valid email address on record with the casino, that will help.
If they aren’t useful, complain – loudly. If you’ve had the account for a while, there’s a decent chance you can reclaim it, particularly if you have evidence of your previous use.
Be honest with me: you already know someone who managed to secure re-entry after sending an amicable note reminding the operators how much they liked their old game. Old friends never die, never forget the good times, etc. So, hang tight, and keep meticulous records of your correspondence. Hope you get in!
Yes, it has happened to the best of us. Start by sending them a Customer Support (CS) ticket with: your email address, username, registered date, any print screens of payments you may have made. They will want to verify you are the original owner before allowing you to reset the account. If that doesn’t work, see if you can log in with Facebook or Google if you logged in once with one of those services. There’s always hope, many of us waiting for our answer have been waiting 1-2 weeks. Hang in there!
Yes, people have managed to gain access to their accounts in the past. Email customer service with your old username, email, and any information you have about your account (e.g., birthday, bets you placed, or promotional codes), the more specifics the better. Customer Service is notoriously slow, but if you stick with it and provide enough evidence, they will likely assist. There are also several cases where people were able to retrieve their old stats! It’s worth a try! Good luck!
Yes! It is frustrating when a casino account with all my favorite games goes missing. I would reach out to their customer service through email or live chat and say something like this: "I am having trouble locating the casino account I used to log into years ago. Can you help me retrieve it? "Most casinos will need some form of photo ID, the registration date, and details about how many games I played or how much money I wagered. I would also mention if the account was associated with a different email address or phone number that I no longer use. I would try this once, then again a couple of days later. I just wish it were still there so I could play those fun slots and poker games again. It can't hurt to try. What do I have to lose?
Lucky you! Legitimate casino operators usually maintain CS channels designed to solve this very problem. So I’d hit them up on their social media support DMs as soon as possible with evidence of your account (login records, transaction receipts, screenshots, etc.). I’ve heard of players recovering access after proving that they had previously won big. There are also operators that enable recovery through financial verification (credit cards or bank accounts). But act fast – some operators may delete old accounts if they aren’t used for a period of time.
