Fullscreen not working on casino game, help!

Hi all, i have a problem – when I try to play a casino game from our wiki list, the game will not go full-screen mode – anyone had this problem yet? What could be the reason? Is it my browser (Firefox) and/or ad-blocker? Cheers!

Yeah, that sucks. For starters, turn off the ad-blocker and see if that fixes the issue (many casinos are using popups or fullscreen stuff as part of their game logic). Still not working? Go into “Permissions” in the site’s settings and check the box “Allow Fullscreen”. Sometimes browsers just need a little encouragement. You might also want to update Firefox to the latest version. Sometimes there’s compatibility issues due to outdated browser versions. If all else fails, you can try the tests in Chrome/Edge. If it does work in Chrome/Edge, then the issues is likely Firefox-specific. Let me know how it goes, I love bug hunting!

Fullscreen problems are usually caused by browser extensions. Open Firefox in Safe Mode (i.e., without any extensions), and see if the game runs. If so, your Adblocker, or some other add-on, is causing the problem. Some Adblockers interfere with the JavaScript code that powers our games (see below). Make sure you’re running the latest version of Firefox, too. Finally, open a separate browser like Google Chrome, and see if the problem persists there; if so, it’s not a Firefox-specific problem. Hope this helps! Please let us know if it solves your problem.

Fullscreen issues are a drag! So first make sure your game allows fullscreen (some don’t), try turning off your adblocker and using another browser (Chrome / Edge) to check for fast results (Firefox can be a bit finicky). Make sure that your pop-up blocker is turned off, as well as whatever other security measures you have on your PC. And right-click on the game and click “Go Fullscreen”. If all else fails, it’s probably just a bug. Good luck! Let us know if you manage to solve it!

Sometimes, Firefox just doesn't display things properly in full screen mode; you should try another browser, such as Google Chrome (which I recommend) or Microsoft Edge (or Internet Explorer). Also, adblockers sometimes interfere; try temporarily disabling your ad blocker for this website. Finally, click on a web-based 3D game and see if it has an option to enter full screen mode. If you still have trouble, let us know which 3D game you are trying to run.

Also, Firefox sometimes doesn’t let games go full screen because of its security policies – you may want to try an alternate browser (Chrome, Edge) for testing. And make sure your ad block (uBlock, etc.) isn’t blocking scripts on the website. And finally: some games require Flash or HTML5, which Firefox doesn’t support; you also need to check if “Full Screen” is available in the context menu when you right-click on the game. If none of these work, contact the website’s game support desk, not us! We told ya’…
