Next, ask yourself whether the game was on a mobile device or on a computer. If it was on a mobile phone, see if your game saves to Google Drive or iCloud. Still nothing? Maybe you’re not signed in with the correct identity? Reinstall the game on the same device while signed in.

PC: Look inside the game’s local directory. Console: Check the game’s folder on your drive. For example, Casino: Look inside your hidden AppData or Documents files. Type the game name and “save” into Google.

If you are playing in an online casino game, call customer service. Tell them your ID number and request a refund. If you know when you crashed, include that information as well.

Save to the cloud next time. Many casino games do not automatically save in real time, but if you remember that, this shouldn’t happen. Please let us know which game this happened in; we may be able to offer more targeted advice. We look forward to seeing your score return!

If you didn’t use a cloud account (such as Google Play or Apple ID) to sign in, you’re probably out of luck. If you did, though, search the developer’s website; many mobile games automatically back up data there. Include your user ID and time of crash in your query. You can also look manually for a local save file buried in your device’s storage (the extension will likely be “. sav” or “. json”). Good luck!

First, see whether you have an account with the game’s developers – progression may be saved that way. If not, you might need to reinstall the game. If you’re on an Android device, check the Auto Backup settings. On an iPhone/iPad, check iCloud. If none of those work, contact the game’s customer support with as much information about what happened and when as possible. Good luck getting your progress!

First, verify that you are using the correct login credentials. Confirm that autosave is switched on if the game stores saves in the cloud. Unfortunately, if the game does not allow for saving, no one will be able to retrieve your progress. Reach out to the game’s customer service and provide your contact information and username – they may be able to assist in restoring your account. Before investing more time into this game, double-check whether there is a “cloud save” feature available.

Next, try to recover your save data. Check: 1) Does the game autosave or store data online? If so, log into the same account – your data will be loaded. 2) Is this a mobile game that saves data locally? Look for hidden files in the game’s folder on your phone’s file explorer app. Many games offer manual backups. 3) Contact the game developer with your account information and device details. The more detailed you are, the better. Most developers value players’ data and can often help you recover it. I hope this helps!
