Is there a known bug with [Casino Game] progress sync as of today?
Anyone else having trouble saving your progress in [Casino Game]? Apparently some folks have reported losing their saved games when trying to log back in. Is this a glitch? What can we do? Share your thoughts:

Yes, there are definitely a lot of other people getting this error message. I don’t understand why it’s happening, but I think it’s some sort of problem with the servers not saving the progress between each login. Are you logging into the browser on the same computer? I think that’s what is happening to me – whenever I close my laptop it looks like I’ve lost all the progress. I suggest trying to contact Epic Games support, but they may tell you it’s a glitch. Keep trying and let us know what they say!
This has been reported elsewhere in the Casino Game threads this week. As far as I can tell, it's a known problem with syncing progress post-patch that the developers are addressing. You might want to manually do a local backup and watch the official dev threads for a solution. It's probably not a client-side bug. Be patient.
As far as I am aware, there is no public confirmation of a casino sync bug today. Save issues are a common problem though. If you are experiencing data loss, please make sure that your device is properly set up and connected to the Internet. You may also wish to clear the app cache.
