Casino game DLC not working after update, help!
Hello friends. I just downloaded the recent update for my casino game and now there is no more DLC. What happened? Anyone else have this problem with your update? If so please share a solution. Thanks!

Next, ensure that the DLC is enabled in your game library. Some systems disable DLC after an update until you manually re-enable it. Then, search the game’s forums or Reddit for other players who have reported the same problem. If so, report it to the developers. Next, if the game is on Steam or another platform, use the “Verify Integrity of Game Files” feature. It could be a corrupt download. Then, delete and re-download the DLC. If none of those steps works, send screenshots of your DLC tab and system specs to customer support. The fix usually comes in the form of a patch in a couple days. Good luck, and I hope your coin slot works again!
If you experience problems accessing your DLC following an update, then it’s most likely a case of needing to re-download the patch. Start by checking whether you actually own the DLC in your game library. If ‘installed’ appears next to the DLC name, press verify game files and have the game store re-verify your download. Failing that, try reinstalling the DLC. Alternatively, visit the official forum where there is likely to be a thread with a fix posted by the developers. If none of the above works, contact customer support with proof of purchase. They should be able to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours.
Try verifying the game files through your store (Steam/Epic/etc) in case you somehow uninstalled it. If that doesn’t work, check the game’s support page/subreddit—someone likely posted a solution. If so, try that method. If no solution is offered, contact their support line with your order receipt and computer specs. DLCs tend to break down after patches, but developers most likely prepared a fix; just chill out, ok? Try again and hope for the best.
- Check your game options to confirm that DLCs are enabled
- Confirm that they have not been redeployed via the app store
- Search within the game’s community for reports on and solutions to the bugs
- Finally, reach out to the software maker’s customer service department
