What AMD settings should I use for streaming casino games to Reddit or YouTube?
I’m starting a streaming channel for casino games, such as poker, blackjack, and slots (Reddit/YouTube). What are my recommended AMD graphics settings for streaming high-quality visuals, including close-up shots of hands and the table?

On AMD, recommendable settings for streaming casino games include Medium-High graphics to see the cards, chips, and other objects clearly on a streamed table; moderate anti-aliasing to soften the edges of the table and the text; and Medium shadows for close-ups of the hands. Streaming resolution should be High to get the best picture, but you want to maintain a minimum of 30 FPS (60 if you can). Try to see how the stream performs when you’re dealing or betting or playing slots. Streaming is about optimizing the balance of picture quality and performance. In the AMD software, choose Streaming or YouTube as your application type, and use a good webcam if you’re in front of the screen.
If you have a powerful machine, go ahead and stream in 1080p or even 4K. Toggle on AMD’s SmartShift for optimal usage of GPU/CPU resources (important for poker and blackjack which can be played on a larger canvas). Turn FreeSync on so that the stream doesn’t lag as you toggle between different viewpoints. Keep textures and shadows to high and medium respectively, so that the cards and other objects are clearly rendered with minimal load. As for encoding, I use my AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition to stream at a bitrate of 4000-6000 kbps. Ensure your frames per second (FPS) is above 30 to ensure a clear stream when someone goes all-in.
With casino games such as poker/blackjack, focus more on clear rendering than graphical effects. In AMD's Adrenalin Software, I recommend choosing an in-game resolution equal to your stream resolution (1080p for smooth streaming at 60fps). Increase the anti-aliasing setting to 4x or 8x for better rendered text and cards. Enable FreeSync if you have an AMD-supported monitor to ensure that your stream does not stutter during transitions. Texture Filtering should be set to the highest value to sharpen close-ups of chips and cards. Shadows can be set to medium, along with all special effects, to retain some ambience while maintaining frame rates. Just remember, under the "streaming" section, to choose your social media platform (YouTube/Reddit) as the priority application to ensure the best encoding quality.
Casinos require crystal-clear close-ups of cards, chips, and slot machines. Set a base of 1080p/60fps via AMD’s Stream Settings. Turn on “Streaming Mode” in your graphics card driver. Set the in-game resolution to 1080p. Crank encoding quality, but be mindful of CPU/GPU temperatures. Check OBS Studio options. The sharper the image, the better.
