Voice chat is lagging, any fixes?

First, test your internet speed. Connect via Ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi (fewer dropouts). Close any running apps or browser windows you’re not using; they hog resources. Lower your audio sample rate for voice chat, like 44.1khz instead of 48 or 96 khz. Fewer dropouts. If you’re streaming, lower the audio buffer setting on your streaming software. Restart your router and PC. If the game is having issues, turn down its graphics settings to ease the load on your processor.
