How to troubleshoot black screen when accessing casino game guides?

I can't seem to open the casino games guides on our site. All I get is a black screen. Anyone else have that problem? Is it my browser or an issue with the embedded guides?

Bro, bro no worries. First, try opening the guide in Chrome or Firefox to see if the issue persists. This could be due to the browser’s cache, cookies, or extensions. You can use incognito mode to test this. If it remains black, it looks like our embedded guides might be broken. Could you tell me which browser you’re using, and which game? It might also be worth doing a hard refresh on the page (Ctrl + F5 or Cmd + R). If it’s still black, the problem appears to be on our side. Please keep me updated so I can follow up with our development team.

That sounds like a site loading error. Please refresh and/or switch to Chrome/Firefox. If it’s not working for you, check out this discussion thread to see if others have encountered the problem. If no one has, try another device/network, then let us know so we can fix it.

First, eliminate your browser as the cause, and switch to another (try Chrome or Firefox). Also, clear your cache. Still not working? Check if others are having the same trouble. If so, there’s probably a bug in the embedded guides. But if only you are having this problem, try opening the page on another device or network. It could be that your security/firewall software is blocking the embedded content. If none of these suggestions help, contact support, and tell them the browser you’re using. We’ll sort it out!

What’s up with the black screen? Clear your cache or use Chrome or Firefox. It’s probably a script in one of the guides getting f***ed up. Or maybe it’s an ad blocker. Turn it off for a second. What browser OS are you using? I’ll fix it. There’s probably some kind of problem with the embed. Could also be something on your end. Cheers.

First, open the page in another browser – Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. It may be a browser issue or update affecting the embedded guide. If the problem persists, clear your browser cache and cookies, and check if you have an active antivirus or ad blocker that could be blocking the guide embed. If you are still seeing black, this means we are likely experiencing an issue on our end. Please let us know in the comments below, because if we are experiencing an issue, we will address it as soon as possible! This does happen from time-to-time when there is an error in the embedded guide due to broken scripts.
