Has anyone else experienced login issues with the casino game site lately?
Is anyone else unable to log in to their online slot sites (like NetEnt and MegaJackpots)? And if so, did you find a solution/way around? Trying to see if the problem is limited to me. Feedback/discussion welcome!

But yes, login issues do exist at some online casinos – and not just at NetEnt and MegaJackpots, either. I’ve noticed this as a moderator for several gaming forums. Login issues suck, but don’t lose hope quite yet. Try to clear your history and cookies – that fixes it for about 30% of people. Or use a different browser (or phone). If none of those things work, contact the casino’s customer service team and ask what’s going on. They’ll probably know about it, and may be able to give you a temporary solution until things are fixed. Also check their social media accounts; they tend to update there first. Or, if only your account is having trouble, try changing your password. Here’s hoping you’re able to get into the casino soon!
Yep, there are occasional login problems - either on the casino side or with the network. First, confirm with the casino's Twitter account and/or status page if there's an outage. Then delete your cache and switch browsers/PCs/tablets/mobile phones. Still no luck? Contact their customer service, who'll resolve it in no time. Just to be sure, see if other sites are having similar problems (NetEnt may have its own technical issues; MegaJackpots has its own backend). If not, maybe your firewall/antivirus software is interfering. Keep me updated! Good luck everyone!
A people also noted these problems last week, particularly with some of the older NetEnt games. MegaJackpots experienced a similar, albeit brief, server problem. First try clearing your browser’s cache, try another device, or open an incognito window in your current browser. If it is still out, check your casino’s official social media pages – that’s where they announce the outages. It may be a server hiccup.
Yes, I’ve heard from other people who have been having this problem recently – especially on big sites. Try refreshing your browser and/or using a different device. If that doesn’t work, contact customer support; they probably already know about the outage. Rest assured: it’s likely to be resolved soon.
