My [Casino Game] account progress is missing after logging in — what's wrong?
I New to the casino game, just signed up and everything’s deleted- anyone else have this issue? Or am I just on a different account??

1. Make sure you’ve signed into the right account (check email / username and try logging in and out again). If it’s a new account, then it could have wiped any progress you’d made from a demo / trial if you didn’t link your account correctly, e.g. with a verification code sent to you via SMS/phone call or email. Or, it could be because some platforms have separate free-to-play and paid versions of the game – did you accidentally launch the wrong one? If you can’t find your progress, go to the game’s support page and/or use their live chat. Many games do back-ups automatically, but others don’t. In the case of a mobile game, try launching on another device to see if your data has synced from the cloud to the other device. This happens often enough that you should never panic. Just keep an eye on the game’s support team. It will probably be resolved eventually.

Bro, same thing happened to me. It was because I signed in on another device/browser and got a new account. Make sure you aren’t accidentally on a guest account. Confirm the friend code or e-mail address. If you can do “Restore Game, ” try that. Otherwise, report it immediately and provide all identifying information about your account. This isn’t uncommon, especially among new players. Just resolved it for my own account last week.
