Can I skip a stuck patch download or will that break the game?
Hi guys, I’m updating casino slot game from wiki, but the patch downloading is freezing. Can I bypass it? Thanks, I need my system working properly for the forum thread.

Like shuffling a deck of cards with one arm tied behind your back, it’s frustrating and can take forever. I’d suggest hitting the pause button if possible or even cancelling the download – just don’t kill the updater by force, as this can leave it in an inconsistent state. Also check on the official site whether there are any known issues related to the current patch, as sometimes they will release a hot-fix or alternative download method to address these problems. Finally, ensure that your computer meets the game’s minimum system requirements. Good luck! And here’s hoping that I never have to go through this again.
what if patch download got stuck in the casino game ? then what to do with it . ignore . The game may become corrupted or non-playable if patches are ignored. Restart the download or verify the integrity of the game files using your launcher (Steam, Epic, etc.). If that doesn’t work, double-check your internet connection, or contact customer support. Patches should only be forced-bypassed if you’re absolutely certain they aren’t important. More info?
You are advised to go ahead and delete the patch. If it is important, you may have trouble with the game later, not now. Depends upon what kind of patch it is. If you can re-install a clean copy from a CD, it will work. But back up first. If the game is crucial to the community, could you use an old version while this problem is being solved? What did this patch do? If it was minor, such as some kind of cosmetic adjustment, perhaps you'll be able to live without it. But if it is essential to preventing a crash, then you'll have a problem. Have fun with it, and let us know how it turns out.
You can’t just leave it there. The patch is probably needed for the casino program. Try to cancel it and redownload it from the casino web site, or clear the cache of the wiki or app. Check your connection and try again. Does that work?
