Why do some users stay connected while I get disconnected from the server?

What is up with the Live Casino connection? Why are other players staying connected and not me, when we both have average Internet speeds? Account issue, browser issue, or server issue?

You’re losing connection in the live casino. Others connected? No? Then, most likely, you have something going on locally. Here’s how I’d attack it. Using the same browser as others? Clear the cache. And/or try switching browsers. Make sure your browser is also updated. If the issue is with that specific account, log off and back in. If it’s across all accounts, it might be a minor configuration issue with your account – check with support. If it’s isolated to one device, we can narrow it down further. A reboot often does wonders. If you’re on Wi-Fi, try to get a wired connection via ethernet. And if you still need support, please let us know!

- Make sure it’s not a browser issue: try emptying the cache or using a different web browser.

- If this doesn’t work, check your firewall/antivirus – they may block the connection.

- If other people can access the site at the same speed as you do, it probably isn’t a server issue.

- Take account of the time of day (e. g. congestion).

You’re getting disconnected while everyone else is fine? It’s unlikely to be a general server issue or your Internet speed. Hard-refresh your browser (control/command + F5/Shift + R) or try accessing the platform using a different browser. Perhaps your session or cookie has been corrupted. Try logging in from a different device and make sure that your account hasn’t been deactivated for some reason. If you can’t figure out what’s wrong, contact our support team with your login credentials and a detailed explanation. They would likely know more than you.

We hate it when you lose connectivity too. But if other users are experiencing no such trouble, then the problem is almost certainly local. Try another browser, computer or mobile phone. Check that your browsers don't have extensions that interfere with our web page and that you're not running old versions of them, and check that your firewall/antivirus isn't blocking us. Test using a hard-wired connection if you haven't already. Contact us with your username or email address (and we'll look up the account), and most likely this will be an isolated or back-end issue that we can fix ourselves.
