What should I do if the server keeps disconnecting during live casino games?

Hi all, how can I prevent being disconnected from a live casino while playing? When you’re in the middle of a card game and suddenly lose connection -- that is so annoying! Anyone else experience this? Is it me, the internet, the casino, or...? Solutions, please!

First, verify your internet connection. Slow or unreliable internet is the leading cause. Check if your internet speed meets the minimum requirement for live streaming. Switch from Wi-Fi to an ethernet cable (more reliable). Shut down any unnecessary background applications or tabs that consume data. Reach out to customer service to inquire about server outages or other technical difficulties. Consider updating your web browser or changing browsers altogether. Try streaming on a different device or network. Don’t panic – it’s never just you.

Make sure you have a good internet connection first (minimum 15Mbps download speed). A wired connection is better than Wi-Fi. Minimize apps running in the background that are using data. If you still can’t connect, it’s probably the casino’s fault and their stream is unstable. Try another casino if this continues with the same game (report it to customer support each time because it may help them track down the issue)

It seems like either your internet or our server is having trouble. Please try to test your speed and make sure you are connected by cable, not wireless. Change browser (Chrome/Firefox)... if this doesn't work then this is an issue on our side. Please let us know at what time and how frequent this occurs. Thank you for your help. Start by diagnosing your own network connection: perform a speed test and ensure that your bandwidth is adequate for playing at that casino. Hardwire your computer instead of using a Wi-Fi connection. Disable your firewall and security software temporarily to rule them out as the source of the problem. Try a different browser and/or a different device. If none of this resolves the issue, it’s probably not your fault; it’s on the casino. Tell the casino’s staff what happened, and consider trying another operator. Unreliable service is often a signal that something else is wrong.

Next, make sure you have fast enough internet. Live online casino games consume lots of data – the faster the better; any more than 25Mbps is great. Test your internet speed (a quick Google search for “speedtest” will help). If that’s not enough, reboot your modem.

Finally, don’t gamble on public Wi-Fi. Can’t get a good connection at home? Get closer to the router. Consider an extender if the distance is too great.

Third, disable any background applications that may use data or drain the battery. Streaming, downloading, or updating will crash your experience.

Finally, make sure the casino’s servers are up and running. Try accessing the site through another browser or device. If that doesn’t work, get in touch with customer support; they’ll fix it for you. You won’t be the first.
