DirectX issues indicate a lack of support on your computer. Usually, that means your graphics drivers aren’t up to date or that your computer isn’t compatible with Direct X. Check to see if your graphics card is supported for online casino software and make sure the drivers are updated from the manufacturer’s site. Most online casinos require at least DirectX 11, while some are already using DirectX 12.

Consult your game’s minimum system requirements, which will include the DirectX version needed and suggested hardware configurations. Ensure that your computer supports these specs, else it may be necessary to lower the graphics quality or boost your graphics card.

Run the game in compability mode too, and/or with administrative rights. Some Windows patch may get you going. Write down the EXACT error message, then post it here and I'll look into it for you. Good luck!

If you’re getting DX errors, it’s usually because you’re running old graphics drivers. Update them through your GPU vendor’s website (for NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel). Ensure that your computer meets the game’s minimum system requirements. Update DirectX. You can download the latest version from Microsoft’s official DX page. If you use Windows 10 or Windows 11, open the Game Compatibility Troubleshooter. It often resolves issues.
