What’s a safe temperature range for my GPU when gaming?

Greetings all, I play a lot of online casino games recently, so my GPU is under heavy load. What’s the maximum temperature it should be at? Is there a tech savvy person about? Can someone correct my wiki?

I’m a casinos player too, so I understand. Keep your GPU temp below 85 (ideally 70-80). Regular 85-90 is suspicious, maybe clean the dust off your fans or try a different position in the case if it’s not properly ventilated. Yes, crypto-mining levels of CPU usage will heat them up. I’ve seen this with some cards when they’re overheating due to poor ventilation. Also make sure your PC has good airflow and is not stuck somewhere where the fans cannot move air properly. Newer GPUs can run as high as 90 but that’s not sustainable for long periods. You can also try underclocking if you’re really hot. Let me know if you’d like to adjust your underclocking. Hope the cards last you long! 🎰

Most GPUs are fine at 65°C-85°C while gaming, although some can last longer at higher temperatures up to 90°C. Don’t let it go above 85°C-90°C for long periods. Too hot? Remove any dust from your GPU and PC, make sure there is good air flow, maybe reduce some in-game graphic settings; monitor temperature using MSI Afterburner software. Enjoy playing and hunting for the jackpot! Don’t burn out. 🔥
