Why do some users get priority in casino game voice chat?

In online casinos that allow voice chats, how do dealers treat different players? Are some treated better than others because they bet higher, or are VIPs?

But the rules for dealers in online casino with voice chat are pretty straightforward. “No bias” means they cannot play favorites, nor can they refuse customers based on how much they’re betting or whether they’re a VIP. And there’s no cheating; the games have to be fair.

But dealers probably will be more interested in the action with high-rollers or VIPs, since the money is at stake. Nevertheless, casinos are all about image – and a dealer who shows favoritism is asking for trouble.

If you play often, don’t think the dealers will start talking to you for no reason. For their own protection, and to protect other players, they must maintain a businesslike attitude. If you think you are being singled out, say something. Most casinos are very responsive to customer concerns.

In short: treat all comers equally. It’s time to talk turkey.

Casino dealers are usually unbiased. If you place a larger bet or have VIP status, you might get some extra special treatment. Dealers may engage in more conversation with high rollers, but they will never let you break the house rules. Their priority is to ensure your satisfaction and that you continue to gamble at a respectable venue. If it’s not a legit operation, however, then anything goes.

Online dealers will normally be nice to everyone. Who gets voice chat privileges is a matter of how the site is able to provide that feature. High rollers and VIPs may receive benefits, but a reputable casino will try to level the playing field. Some dealers may prefer big bettors, which is to be expected, but this is not a major problem. If you’re mistreated, just contact customer service, who should address it, particularly if you’re a regular.

At least from my limited experience, online casino dealers seem to be instructed to be polite and welcoming to all customers (although there are benefits like a fast track for customer-support requests and access to special slot machines for VIP players). Dealers don’t prioritize certain players’ voice chat requests by how much money they’re betting, or by their VIP status; generally, everyone gets treated the same. Some voice chats will be more interactive than others, but this has more to do with who plays regularly than anything else, and it doesn’t have an impact on the overall gaming experience.

At a virtual casino, the dealer will address all players equally over the voice-chat system. But, again, a VIP or big-stakes player may sometimes get a little more interaction, as they do in a real casino. And, of course, dealers always strive to be equal-opportunity operators. Don’t be shy – place that bet!
