Yeah, I’ve noticed a few threads about that today. Probably some sort of server / client update. Try flushing your browser cache first, or open up a new incognito window. If that’s not it, wait an hour or two… we’ll probably have a fix in a day at most. You can follow along over on the official casino subreddit.

yep! it happens a lot. if it’s just frozen at the loading screen it’s most likely the servers having issues or just a recent update messing something up. i always say try clearing your cache and restart your device. if that doesn’t help i would check the casino’s social medias or message them as they might have an announcement for server maintenence. finally i would submit a support case and see what the devs say. it’s almost always known by the developers and they probably have a few people working hard to get the game running again. patience! let me know if you find anything.

same with some others here, probably a server error or something, just wait for like an hour or 2, the developers are pretty quick to fix these bugs, if it doesn't work out tomorrow, contact their support or their discord for real-time updates, hopefully they will resolve this issue asap
