What should I update first: my graphics driver or the casino game client?

Hi all. I’m not sure whether to update the graphics card drivers of my pc client (Windows) first or wait until the client update, which appears to be coming soon. Some lag issues with the client at present. Anyone have any advice?

As a techie, I would suggest upgrading the graphics driver. Usually this resolves lag problems like the one you have discovered playing the casino game. Updating the graphics driver is equivalent to changing tires prior to complaining about road noise from an ill-conditioned engine! After you have updated the graphics driver, install the casino game client update. If lag persists, then it is likely a problem with the client update. Also, old graphics drivers may interfere with the client update. Thus I think your approach should be to update the graphics driver first and then attempt to run the casino game client update. If you continue to experience lag after the graphics and client updates, there are many threads in the casino game forum describing the installation process for updates. In addition, check the system requirements page.

First, try the graphics driver update. New drivers can help eliminate game stuttering and other glitches. Gaming lag in casino clients stems primarily from graphics or network problems. After installing the updated driver, see if the client upgrade makes a difference. If you’re still experiencing lag, it’s probably your internet connection or your game configuration, but either way, that graphics driver is worth upgrading. Be sure to download the most recent release.

First, make sure to install the latest graphics driver update. Drivers frequently resolve performance bugs, and can help mitigate lag until your client updates itself. Then, allow the client to update on its own. It is better to leave a strong foundation (the driver) intact, rather than introducing more potential instability into the mix, just so we can get the client updated faster. I hope this helps! Good luck!
