Can FPS unlocked versions of games cause lags or crashes?

Unlocked FPS via mods can vary. Some systems are better at handling high FPS than others. Games with a lot of graphics might have a little bit of screen tearing at higher FPSes. On games like slot machines, it’s less likely, because there’s not that much going on. That being said, in my experience, I have read in various forums that some people have had slight graphical bugs when increasing fps. It is rare, however, but still possible. If you’re concerned, try running the machine only for 30 minutes or so at first, and if there are no problems, then great! If there are problems, simply uninstall the mod.
