Why is my account locked after multiple login attempts?
I I am constantly being locked out of my account for too many attempts at logging in at a casino site- anyone else having this problem? What are people doing to circumvent this and not get locked out/get banned? Should I just contact customer service or? And what about the game wiki and forum?

The number of accounts locked out for entering invalid credentials is likely an antibrute-force mechanism. Yup, that’s annoying for legitimate users who are not trying to attack the server. I saw plenty of people report this problem, apparently because they forgot their password or suspected that their account was compromised.
If you are getting locked out too frequently, call your bank’s customer service line. They will be able to reset your account manually, and ask whether they have detected anything unusual. Give them your login information, and tell them about the failed login attempts. That way, they can double-check that you’re not being hacked.
If in doubt, reset your password, and then write it down. The password manager will prevent any further confusion. If something goes wrong with the wiki or forums, please post it on the troubleshooting thread -- the community often has excellent solutions. Just be patient and polite.
Do not circumvent account lock-outs due to excessive unsuccessful log-in attempts via proxies or fake IP addresses. They will ban you. Bots? No!
When it comes to online gambling, forums and wikis cannot circumvent the locks on your account; only the casino can. If you are unable to log in, call customer service for assistance. But make sure to limit the number of times you try to log in, and do not under any circumstances disable your two-factor authentication or give any strangers remote access to your phone.
Too many account login attempts? Yep, that's anti-bot protection. Don't try to defeat it or find a way around it - you'll end up banned. Just wait your turn or contact support (with your username, date/time of incident) if it happens repeatedly. Tell them how you've seen their own documentation recommend contacting support in this situation. For the wiki/forum, someone may have already posted about it on the "Support" or "Login problems" boards. Don't use any hacks - just report it.
I know it’s annoying, but that’s why casinos block access to automated bots and hackers. If you enter the wrong password too many times, they will assume that something fishy is going on. Sorry, but working around such a situation is probably a violation of your account agreement. Just talk to their customer service, get your account unlocked and reset your password. Don’t look for help on these types of websites. If you still can’t get through, they may have to ask you to verify your identity. Be patient and use their proper channels.
