Why does my mouse feel sluggish in certain casino games? Is it sensitivity-related?
The question: Why is my mouse so slow on some casino games? Sensitivity issue? It's been happening more in quick games like poker and roulette. Is it a problem with my software, computer, or something about the casino game? Anyone know? Thanks!

yeah sensitivity plays a role in this, but it’s not all. Casino games work by buffering inputs differently. In fast action games like poker or roulette, inputs are prioritized server side, so you need to rely on the server response time to know when your click registered. First check if you sensitivity in the game is set low, some games have a slider different than windows. Second change to a wired mouse (wireless has too much latency for casino games); third lower your graphics in game; fourth clear up any running processes in task manager, especially with high CPU or memory usage; and finally update your game client. If none of this works, try running the game on a PC instead of a lap top, as it could just be a hardware issue. Typically one of these will solve your problem.
If you have lagging mouse controls while playing online casino games, it is most likely a problem with the mouse drivers or some type of software interference. First, check your mouse sensitivity settings. Some games (particularly browser games) will not recognize the correct DPI setting on your mouse. Try using another mouse and make sure your graphics card drivers are up-to-date as well. Finally, shut down any other applications that may be slowing down your computer. Best of luck!
probably mouse sensitivity, but it may also be due to the game’s input polling rate or how the site’s scripts handle input processing. Some games limit input for balance or optimization purposes. You could try changing browsers, updating your mouse drivers, or seeing if the game has an option such as “touchpad/mouse fix. ” If it happens on some sites but not others, it might be limited by those sites’ servers; if it happens in every game, it may be related to mouse DPI or sensitivity. Please let us know if any of this helps!
You may not have the right settings. A slow-moving mouse while playing quick casino games such as poker or roulette can be caused by a high ping or low FPS. Check your fps in the game itself, see if you are meeting the system requirements for that game, or change your mouse. Adjust your cursor sensitivity in the game. Sometimes the browser is involved in these games so try refreshing the page or restarting it. The casino may have server lag and is causing the delay. Don’t give up!
