What causes the casino game to freeze during loading?

Hi, the casino game kept freezing as it loaded. Has any one else faced a similar problem? Is it software, browser, corrupted game files, or something at the server end? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you very much!

The game freezes while loading? I’ve heard that several times. Step one: Check your browser – use Chrome or Firefox instead. Browser cache sometimes makes things buggy. Clear out cookies as well.

Still no luck? Clear your cache. Hit Ctrl + F5 if you’re using Windows. On mobile, close and reopen the browser app.

Corrupted game files are also quite common. Reinstall if you downloaded the game. With games that run on web browsers, overload of the server is the likely cause (happens often at peak time) – wait some time and try again.

Which app are you using? Some apps are known to crash regularly. And is it just on one phone or all your phones? Please let me know more specifics and I will see what I can do.

“Freezing” of casino games is most often caused by a browser problem, or corrupt software of the game or server. So refresh the page, clear your cache, try another browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, whatever). If that doesn’t help, then I assume the problem is with the server or the software, and in that case either reinstall the browser’s casino plugin or contact the support staff. Let me know what happens, and if you run into any other troubles.

Game load errors in casino games typically result from problems with your browser/cache or corrupted files. Try clearing your cache, using a new browser, restarting the game, checking for updates, contacting support, and ensuring your internet connection is working properly. I hope this helps! Let me know if it works.

When casino games fail to load properly, this may happen because of a number of reasons linked to your Internet connection, browser or computer (e. g. you have an outdated browser, incompatible software or not enough RAM). To rule out these factors, start by testing with another browser and clearing the caches. Problems can also happen due to corrupted download packages or slow server response. Check your Internet connection. In case none of these solutions help, contact the support center of the casino you’re playing at – the staff there will be able to detect server outages and fix them if necessary.

What causes freezing? Is it your browser? Have you tried chrome or firefox? If the problem persists there is a chance that your game files may be corrupt. Reinstall the game and clear the cache. Server issues are also possible. If this happens regularly please email support@ludumdare.com with the following information.
