Can anyone recommend some underrated casino games worth discussing?

Hi all, working on building out our casino gaming wiki. What casino games do you want to learn more about? Slots and blackjack have plenty of coverage, but what about the ones that don’t get talked about as much – anyone got any ideas?

Try “Tic Tac Toe” (yes, really). No, not that one you used to play on your paper napkin; this version allows you and the dealer to try to get three in a row. It’s strategic, has favorable odds, and is easy to learn. For those who love old favorites dressed up in new clothing, Tic Tac Toe is for you.

My final recommendation is Andar Bahar. I like it so much that I wish more people played it. The game is popular in India and some nearby countries, but it hasn’t yet found the global audience it deserves. It’s easy to learn, quick to play, and the possibility of a tie – which always pays 11:1 – can be addicting. If you’re looking for an alternative to blackjack, poker, or baccarat, then try this.

And there’s “Crazy 4 Poker” – 21 meets poker. You play against the dealer, trying to beat his five cards. The house edge is lower than you might think.

Look them up and put them in the wiki, please. They don't get enough coverage. Tell me what else I should recommend.

Sic Bo: criminally neglected; simple to understand, many betting possibilities. Caribbean Stud Poker is basically poker + blackjack. 3-Card Poker is great for speed freaks. If you like something easier, with a small house edge, check out Baccarat. Even Keno and Pai Gow Poker have their fans. There are so many other games that are overlooked. Drop me an email if you’d like to learn more about any of them. And please keep building that wiki! It’s very helpful.

Then there’s craps, which is unfairly maligned as one of the “worst” casino games to play, but features several very good wagers (and, besides, it’s a lot of fun). Sic bo may seem silly, but its odds are generally quite fair; baccarat often gets a bad reputation, too, but it’s a gentlemanly and straightforward game to play; pai gow poker is a slower game that requires strategy; Caribbean stud is an exciting high/low card game to play; three card poker is a quick-stud version of the classic game with a straightforward payoff table. Keno and bingo are simple old-fashioned fare. There are plenty of other games you should add to the site, such as the newer poker variants (Ultimate Texas Hold’em, for example is my personal fave). All of these “off-the-beaten-path” offerings are well worth exploring on their own pages. Doing so will make your wiki even better.

I love craps because once you learn the terminology (you can easily do so online), it’s a blast. Three-card poker is easy to play and often offers great odds. Pai gow poker is slower paced than other games and requires some thought, which I enjoy. Keno is a lot of fun, like playing the lottery in a casino. sic Bo offers much more betting options that one would think if they have never played. Then there’s bonus deuces wild, which is a slot machine where you play a hand of poker. It’s simple to understand but difficult to master.

Spanish 21 offers an exciting and more liberal variation of blackjack, with rules such as resplitting and bonuses to be taken into consideration when reporting. There’s also Punto Banco (the Asian version of baccarat) and Caribbean Stud poker, which has that Vegas-casino excitement about it. And don’t forget up-and-coming offerings, such as Speed Blackjack or Triple Attack Blackjack – great options for risk-seeking gamblers.
