Why isn't my game progress syncing across devices on [Casino Game]?

Hi all, I am attempting to link my account in [Casino Game] from phone to tablet but it is failing. Anyone else experience this? Do I need to use a special account for this? Any help appreciated. Thank you!

Second, do you have the same account credentials on your phone and tablet? Some casino games require an e-mail address and password, while others employ a social media login. You can’t mix and match or your accounts will never sync.

After that, double-check that you’re signed in with the same account on each device. People often accidentally attempt to sync across different accounts. Then confirm that both of your current game versions are the latest available. Old versions sometimes experience syncing issues.

If that doesn't work, there is usually a "Sync Now" button somewhere under the settings menu. Some web casinos don't actually sync instantly, and you'll have to click a button yourself. They can also check if something is wrong with your specific account. You don't need to sign up for a premium account or anything like that.

ensure you are logged in to the same account on both devices. Certain casino games need you to make a profile or connect an email address in order to save progress. Look in settings/app settings for account or cloud syncing option. If it’s a web-browser game, try opening it with the same browser on both devices. Still not working? Get in touch with customer support – they’ll confirm whether your account supports cross-device play. Cheers!

For starters, double-check that you’re signed into the same account on each device. Almost all mobile casino games require a master account like Google Play, Apple ID, or even an internal game account to synchronize correctly. If you have two separate accounts, there’s your problem. Some mobile games also offer in-app menus to link devices. If so, try it! Otherwise, contact the casino game’s customer service and let them know which game you’re playing and any error messages they should look out for. They’ll do some digging and figure out what the problem is. Best of luck!

Use the exact same account on both devices. Create a new cloud account if necessary. Go to the game’s settings and look for syncing options. Delete the app’s cache and sync again. Ask their support team; after a few minutes, it works. It’s a common problem. Good luck!

Do you make sure to log into the games using the same username and password? In some cases, you may need to set up a device link through the game’s settings. Otherwise, try signing out of the game, and then back in. Make sure your versions of the game are fully updated. If none of these work, see if there are any known syncing problems with that particular title on the game’s support page or online forum. It might help to restart the games. Hope this helps!
