Hi guys, I have a problem with my casino game. It always stops working when I connect the control pad. (other games are OK) Is there anyone knows why and how to solve it? Thank you very much!

That sounds like a compatibility issue between your game and your controller. Check if your controller drivers or game got updated recently; roll these back if possible. Try another USB port – some ports may produce less power than others. You could also try borrowing a friend’s controller and see what happens. If only one controller breaks the game, you’ve likely identified a faulty peripheral. If all controllers break the game, ask around the game’s support forums – someone else probably already went through this. You may also find that support teams for free-to-play gaming apps are quite attentive if you give them detailed information about your system. Finally, see if the game crashes when you run it in windowed mode and test input functions; game developers often use different methods to process inputs depending on whether their application is in a full-screen or windowed mode. Good luck tracking that bug down!

Is it possible that your machine doesn't recognize the type of controller that you are using? Please try going to the Options / Settings menu and choose “Other Casino Game” as the controller type OR try playing the game in “windowed” mode first before hooking up the controller. Also, try a different casino game on your PC. If all else fails, please update your controller firmware AND the game launcher. If you still can’t get it to work, post some additional information about your game and controller – chances are someone has already figured out how to make them work together! Best of luck to you my friend and good gaming!

Try updating the controller drivers first. Some casinos use outdated software that may not be compatible with recent peripherals. You can also try connecting your controller to a different USB port – some games require this. If that fails, examine the configuration file for the game, which might have been set up to recognize only a certain type of input device. Hope this helps!

Try any of these: 1. Is your controller supported by the casino game (definitely no)? 2. Test another controller (to rule out faulty hardware) 3. Update the controller drivers and/or game patch (most likely) 4. Try to connect to other devices (to verify that your controller works) Most likely a software/driver issue, not hardware. Hope this helps you out mate!

hey , sorry to hear that! It sounds like there might be a conflict between your controller and the casino game. Start by updating your controller's drivers. Then try using a different USB port (they can sometimes be quirky). If you're still having issues, it could be worth checking the game's options menu for a dedicated controller setting or keep an eye out for any upcoming patches. Some games just don't get along well with certain hardware. Feel free to reach out if you need more assistance! Cheers! Roll the dice on solutions! ⚡️
