How do I transfer my game progress from one casino site to another?

I have been using an online casino website and now would like to start using another one. Can I take my account data (e. g. level, points, tokens) from the old casino site to the new one? They are different websites, so perhaps someone has found a solution or has already done it. Thanks!

If that seems cumbersome, try moving a planted tree from one garden to another. Most casinos won’t let you transfer your levels, points, or coins to a different website. There’s no common data standard, and most games store information locally.

Does that casino have the same game? Are you in the same country as the original casino? In the same region? Are you using the same provider? Maybe there is a workaround. Contact the two casinos’ customer service departments – sometimes they can manually import some of your information.

Or check the old site to see if it offers an export feature of some sort. Perhaps a JSON export? Or something we could screenshot? Unfortunately, most casino sites do not offer such a feature.

In short: flip a coin. If you like what you see on the old site, stay put, as the data doesn’t transfer.

nope - there is no way to "port" your data across from one site to another, they have their own systems so you would need to start again. try emailing them to see if there is some sort of bonus for signing up at a new site; I've not had much luck with that myself. Make sure you withdraw all your real money from the existing site before closing down. Your points and tokens are stuck in that site forever, there is no way to move them. I hope this helps!

In most cases, you cannot carry over your progress from one casino site to another. For example, if you play the same game on two different websites, none of your levels, points, or other achievements will transfer. After all, each casino has its own dedicated server and database. So it’s not really any different from transferring your progress from an Xbox to a PlayStation. You’ll likely have to start from scratch with a new casino – and hope that it offers generous welcome bonuses to offset this pain. Some casinos will offer transfer bonuses, but most won’t. The only way to know for sure is to contact the casino’s customer service for details.
