Is there a standard mouse sensitivity recommended for all casino game players?
What does the average casino gamer set his mouse sensitivity at? Is there an "ideal" setting for a poker, blackjack or roulette player? Do these questions even make sense? Or should we assume that casino gamers are so focused on strategy and chance that they don't give a second thought to the technical aspects of their interaction with the computer? After all, they are not fast-paced shooters or MOBAs, where a few milliseconds can make the difference between life and death, victory and defeat. In most casino games, you are simply clicking on buttons, dragging chips onto tables, or turning roulette wheels.
The majority of gamers simply go with whatever the console provides as the default settings, or make minimal adjustments. They may up the volume if they game on a large TV, they may reduce it if they prefer to listen carefully to where to place chips when playing poker or blackjack.
Perfect? Nope, it’s a matter of taste. Experiment with various options until you find the combination that suits you. Don’t get too attached to any particular cursor movement setting. All you need is a few good hands, not a perfect mouse stroke.
Nope. There is no “correct” mouse sensitivity for gambling games. If you’re clicking to deal cards in poker, or place bets in blackjack, sensitivity doesn’t matter that much. No one cares about that sort of thing. Just feel free to set it however it feels comfortable to you. And if you have to click the mouse too much, then that’s a problem.
