Why does my casino game crash after installing a new mod?
Hi folks, I've installed the new Casino Mod and whenever i start it, it crashes. Anyone else have this problem? Is the mod incompatible with another one or something, or how can i tell which is the one causing the crash? Thanks!

First, verify that your game version supports the mod. Look for notes on compatibility under the “Details” tab of the respective workshop page (for Steam users). Try disabling other mods and see if this solves the issue; re-enable them one by one until you identify which one causes the problem. Update game files as well as graphics and other drivers. Even if a mod is designed for your game, an update may have broken it. Search the mod’s official thread (or subreddit) – it is likely that others have encountered and reported the same issue. After all else fails, perform a clean install of both the game and the mod. Remember, some mods simply cannot be used together (particularly those that modify critical game files). Need help finding a particular mod’s thread?
Game crashes after installing a mod usually indicate a conflict. Try turning off all mods except the one related to casinos. If that fixes it, turn on the others one at a time until you discover which is causing the problem. You may also try searching the mod's support forum or comments section, where someone else may have already reported the same issue. Also ensure that both the game and the mod itself are using the latest version available. Finally, review error logs, typically found in the game folder; the most commonly mentioned error line will be indicative of the root cause. Best of luck, and report back!
Installing new casino mods causes crashes. This means you have incompatibility. To find it, uninstall all your other mods, and then run the game again. If it works, reinstall the other mods one at a time until you find which one is causing the problem. Also verify that you are running the proper version of the game. Verify that the mod is for your OS and version of the game. Good luck.
The first thing to do is make sure that the mod works with your game version. Go to the mod’s webpage and verify that you are indeed playing the correct version.
To troubleshoot, try loading the game without any mods installed. If that worked, disable mods one by one to see which was causing the problem.
Additionally, check for a log file (often found in the game’s installation directory). Open it in a text editor, and search for any error messages just prior to the crash.
If that doesn't work, the original mod might be broken. Look for other users reporting problems or for a new version of the mod on its main site. Developers often release fixes swiftly.
It’s a mod conflict. Disable everything but the casino mod. If that helps, re-enable one at a time until you can reproduce the issue. Mods may have a list of other mods they don’t work with. Or there may be a thread on the mod’s forum about this. Make sure you are running the latest version of the game and the mod. Still got the crash? Try checking the game log. The error message might be clear enough for you to figure it out. Good hunting!
